About me

Warmth, real experience, and a space that’s entirely yours.

I am a qualified Counsellor, certified ADHD and Grief coach. Whether we meet face-to-face or online, my goal is simple: to provide a professional and ethical safe, quiet space where you can step away from the noise of the world and just be.

Life transitions can feel incredibly disorienting. Having spent over 40 years in the corporate world of Change and Transformation, including two decades leading change as a senior manager, I completely understand the weight of stress, burnout loss, and the courage it takes to navigate major life shifts. I bring this rich mix of professional background and real-world lived experience to every session at Serenova Consulting.

My approach is warm, deeply collaborative and entirely non-judgmental. There is no pressure here.

Whether you’re looking for some personal development or a longer term plan for managing Trauma, Grief or ADHD related concerns then reach out.

We can work together at a pace that feels completely safe and supportive for you, empowering you to find your footing and move forward.

Outside the therapy room

You’ll usually find me outdoors, recharging in nature, or spending time with animals, a lifelong passion of mine. I truly believe that connection and compassion are the heart of all healing.

It would be an absolute privilege to walk alongside you. Whenever you’re ready, I’m here.

How I can help

Working together

Whether we meet in person or online, sessions are unhurried and shaped entirely around you.

What to expect

Reaching out is simply a first hello, with no pressure and no obligation. We begin with a free, gentle conversation to see whether we feel like a good fit, then meet at a rhythm that suits your life, in person or online.

Connection and compassion are the heart of all healing.

Before we begin

A few gentle questions, answered.

I’ve never had counselling before. What actually happens?

We simply talk. There’s nothing to prepare and no right way to begin. In our first conversation you can share as much or as little as feels comfortable, and we’ll go entirely at your pace.

Do we meet in person or online?

Whichever feels right for you. We can meet face-to-face, or over a secure video call. Many people move between the two depending on what life allows that week.

How long are sessions, and how often?

All sessions are an hour long, at £45 each, and your first introductory session is a free 30-minute call or in-person meeting. Most people come weekly or fortnightly to begin with, and together we find a rhythm that suits your life and what you’re working through.

What can we work on together?

Stress and burnout, anxiety, low mood, major life transitions, grief and loss, and living well with ADHD, among many other things. If you’re unsure, reach out and we can talk it through.

How do I take the first step?

Send a short enquiry below, or email me directly. There’s no pressure, we can arrange a free, no-obligation 30-minute introductory session to see whether we’re a good fit.
